Common questions
How soon can an epoxy coating be used?
With epoxy self leveling, the floor is ready for foot traffic about one day after application. Full mechanical and chemical resistance takes 7 days; during that time it should not be exposed to heavy load. With polyurethane concrete coating, the floor is open to traffic after 48 hours.
What is the minimum area you work with?
We can carry out work for any square metre or area you need. You can request a survey and quotation for office, factory, shop, villa and car park epoxy flooring alike.
Is the survey chargeable?
No. Fill in the form and send it, and the Master Epoksi team will come to your site for a free survey. After the measurement we present your application quotation.
Which system is used in areas with thermal shock, such as food plants?
We recommend polyurethane concrete coating: it can be used at continuous and/or varying temperatures between -40 °C and +120 °C, has a non-slip matt surface finish and offers high hygiene properties.
Does our electronics production line need an antistatic coating?
Epoxy antistatic coating is applied in environments where static electricity poses a risk of damage to the product or the equipment. It is conductive and is preferred in automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical and electrical-electronic production areas.
Do you have certification and a product guarantee?
We hold ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates. The products we use in our applications carry the manufacturer's guarantee.
